Job Title: Partnership Tax Manager – Asset Management Location: Los Angeles, CA (Hybrid – 3 days in office, 2 days remote) Travel: As needed Key Responsibilities Review partnership tax returns and provide tax planning guidance Evaluate partnership agreements and manage IRC 704(b) accounts Lead client engagements and manage multiple tax projects Research partnership tax matters (Subchapter K) Communicate with clients and tax authorities, including IRS inquiries Mentor and train team members Support business development activities Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting CPA required 6–10 years of tax compliance/consulting experience in public accounting Experience with partnership structuring and asset management clients Strong knowledge of US GAAP and partnership taxation Excellent communication and leadership skills Must be able to work hybrid schedule (3 days in office) Ability to travel as needed Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary annual performance bonus Hybrid work environment Sponsorship available Would you like to know more about this opportunity?
