Job Description:
A company is looking for a Student Finance Advisor to support
students in accessing financial resources for their education.
Key Responsibilities
Process and award financial aid funds while ensuring compliance
with federal regulations
Educate students on financing options, including loans, grants, and
scholarships
Collaborate with advisors to enhance the student experience and
address financial aid inquiries
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent experience
2+ years of customer service experience preferred
Experience in a student finance-related role is a plus
Knowledge of the FAFSA process and various types of financial
aid
Basic computer skills to navigate necessary technology
effectively
